I hope to make you feel heard.
I aim to empower patients, giving them the tools they need in order to return to doing the things they love.
I hope show people what their bodies are capable of, and give them back the confidence in themselves that is often lost when an injury occurs. Whether you are an athlete with a sprained ankle, a retiree with shoulder pain, a weightlifter who felt their back "go" on a deadlift, or someone who has been struggling with persistent pain for years...
Together, we will come up with a plan.
In my treatment approach, there are no short lived "quick fixes", passive treatments, or expensive gimmicks. The focus is on active, long term solutions to problems. I aim to give honest, easy to understand, ethically minded, and evidence based advice.
As well as help people seeking treatment for an injury, I provide exercise programs for people who are looking to minimise injury risk or work around a pre-existing injury. I also enjoy making exercise programs and leading group classes for older adults, as keeping stronger as we get older is one of the most beneficial things we can do for our health.
Maximising safety and appropriate exercise prescription is paramount in my programming.
